Well-equipped and nicely appointed place, I appreciated excellent personnel.

The service was TERRIFIC with parking on site. Bread and cereals were a nice touch.

everything was nice, including particularly helpful and exceptionally attentive staff from the bell boy to the receptionist. we appreciated comfortable modern room with comfortable beds. the location was particularly good and excellent for traveling around bogota, near the shopping area, nightclubs and several restaurants nearby. chico district was worth exploring.

Fairly clean hotel in a very nice boutique building just next door to the best restaurants and malls of the city and parks, and the Zona Rosa, major shopping centres and stores, McDonalds, Starbucks, movies, dog park and all sorts of restaurants. Bountiful breakfast with more options, extremely helpful staff.

A well priced and well-appointed hotel, my first choice in Bogota. Lovely base for discovering Bogota with helpful staff from the bell boy to the receptionist. Bountiful and outstanding breakfast for vegetarians, with excellent food. Particularly good and magnificent location, to the Canadian embassy.

The free parking was on-site, GREAT service. We stayed in triple room with strong wi-fi, everything was perfectly fine. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants areas, and the many restaurants.

The rooms were beautifully renovated and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The room layout was poorly designed, with inconvenient winding stairs leading to the bed and bathroom.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast is nice but you have to ask the staff for extra eggs and fruits if you want... Because there is no much choice on the buffet table.

I did not like the street of the hotel. Did not feel safe there especially at night, but I guess it is fine by taxi (sometimes taxi drivers get lost to find this hotel). The view of the room was ugly. The gym is very very tiny. And could not even make tea in the room...

Make sure you stay in the queen suite with jacuzzi. The breakfasts are bountiful and exceptionally nice.

The units were large with balcony. You can have cereals and slices of fresh bread for breakfast.

Wonderful and fairly clean hotel with exceptionally nice and incredible staff. Separate room, exceptionally comfortable bed and bright bathroom. Outstanding breakfast, with a wide range of food. Great and perfect location for Bogota, not far from about 20 or more restaurants and all sorts of restaurants🙂👍

Spacious suite with 2 bathrooms, lounge, and ample storage. Excellent breakfast and restaurant food. Convenient car service for Salt Cathedral trip. Cozy cafe nearby for lunch or snacks. Friendly reception staff, helpful with luggage, taxis, and early breakfast request.
